This model, other than being about the end of the Universe, also revises its beginning. Indeed, there would have been no real Big Bang, as the Universe would expand and contract all the time. Therefore, our cosmos at some point will begin to contract without ever collapsing into a singularity, but, just before that occurs, starting to expand again, with no real Big Bang happened, like a balloon deflating and swelling through all the eternity. This model is compatible with a Closed Universe.
